HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Within Metro Manila: Shipping within Metro Manila is ₱90 payable to the courier upon delivery.

Provincial Delivery: Our partner courier's shipping fee could range from ₱120 and up, depending on the volume of your order.

CAN I BOOK MY OWN COURIER?

To arrange your own pickup, please message us on Facebook or Instagram and we'll get in touch!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

You may only return or refund items if they have been received with damage, defects, or discrepancies (e.g. incorrect item/s, extra item/s, missing item/s) within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping charges or cover return shipping costs.

Product bundles and sets must be returned as a complete package, with no missing items.

Sale items are not accepted for refund or return unless they are defective, damaged, or found with any discrepancies.

HOW DO I JOIN ROUND LAB REWARDS CIRCLE

To start earning rewards right away, locate the rewards button on the bottom right of your browser. Within the panel, create an account with us. You’ll receive a confirmation email once registration is complete.

As a bonus, you’ll earn 200 reward points just by creating an account. Just be sure to sign in with the same account each time you shop!

HOW CAN I EARN POINTS AND DISCOUNT COUPONS AND DO THEY EXPIRE?

You can earn points by doing the following:

• Earn points every time you make a purchase. Members earn 1 point for every ₱2 spent,
• Earn 300 points every time you celebrate your birthday
• Share and receive a P200 discount coupon for referring a friend or family member*
• Earn 200 points when you create your account upon joining our Round Lab Rewards Circle program
• Every 100 Round Lab points is equivalent to a ₱5 discount

Your points never expire! Just be sure to sign in with the same account each time you shop!

*₱200 off coupon applies to referred individual’s first order with no minimum purchase after new account creation, and you’ll receive a ₱200 off coupon (valid with a minimum purchase of ₱600) for each successful referral.

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND OR A FAMILY MEMBER?

Want to share the gift of skincare? Give your friend or loved one a reward and claim your own when they make a qualifying purchase. Once you’ve logged into your account, go to the “Referrals” section and send them the unique link!

After clicking the URL, creating a new user account, and entering the unique coupon code upon checkout, they’ll save ₱200 off their first order with no minimum spend.

When they’ve completed their first order, you’ll receive a P200 discount coupon that you can use with a minimum spend of ₱600. Just check your “Rewards” page for your unique coupon code!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept credit card payments, gCash, and Cash.

HOW WILL YOU PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?

We use PayMongo to process credit card payments online. PayMongo is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 compliant payment provider that has been audited by an independent PCI-certified auditor through the most stringent compliance process available in the payments industry. PayMongo also enforces HSTS which is a web security protocol mechanism that enforces browsers to interact with PayMongo strictly through HTTPS. This ensures encryption of your data, thus protecting you from malicious actors using man in the middle attacks.
